#EmbraceEquity – International Women’s Day 2023
NDI Europe stands for diversity, appreciation as well as tolerance and we are proud of the strong and intelligent women who contribute to our corporate culture and success worldwide. As part of #internationalwomensday, NDI hosted a global meeting where colleagues from all our locations came together to be inspired by a talk from Dr Jude Smith Rachele, CEO and founder of Abundant Sun. Our President Dave also shared his thoughts on International Women’s Day and expressed his appreciation – “You can’t spell HERO without HER”. At the Radolfzell site, our power women received a small package of Smarties today with the slogan “You are such a smartie”. We are proud to accompany such smart and awesome women on their career path.
With our female colleagues making up 46% of our workforce, almost every second NDI Europe employee is a woman – thank you for being part of our team, you are fantastic!
